Custom designed by us and made special for The Old Tattered Flag, this die has templates for 3 different sized tongues, 1 3/4L x 1w, 2 1/2L x 1 1/2w and 3 1/4L x 2w. These are wonderful sizes for a beautiful triple layered tongue. On the same die are three sizes of teardrops measuring the same sizes. Just look how nice they stack in picture 2...beautiful spacing for your stitches. If you run 3 layers of wool through the machine you will be able to cut multiples of each shape and they will be perfectly cut with nice clean edges. Position your wool in the section you want to cut only one size per color. Not just for pennies, use your creativity, the ideas are endless. Wow!!

25 inch plastic pads are necessary to use these dies. The shorter pads you received with your Sizzix machine will not work as they will not extend the length of the cutting area. The 25 inch plastic pads are sold separately here on our website or as an add on option above.

Can I use an accuquilt machine?
No, these dies are made to work with Sizzix machines. You can use the Sizzix Big shot or any other Sizzix machine that has a 6 inch opening.
How long do the dies last?
We started using this amazing die cutting system in 2012 and our first die is still going strong and cutting as perfect as the first day we used it.
Can I cut other things?
Yes, most definitely! Die cutting systems are meant to cut a variety of fabrics and you can even cut paper for scrapbooking. Sizzix has hundreds of wonderful products for scrapbooking and quilting.
