How cute! This paper mache hat works great with a 4 inch styrofoam ball. It is 2 1/2 inches tall and 3 1/4 wide at the brim.

I haven't had time to use these for a Project yet.
I have to say~these are the CUTEST Mache Hats ever! They came in great condition also! Looking forward to using them.
