This linen is just scrumptious a very primitive and rustic look and feel. It is a medium weight fabric that is perfect for punching, especially if you want an open background (punch with a medium or large tip). This has been washed ti tighten the fibers for use. Also great for needlework or applique. This linen is designed for surface embroidery rather than counted cross-stitch. The weave is fine and even, but it is not marketed by count in the same way that cross-stitch linens are.This price is for one 1/4 yd piece measuring approx. 18 x 28 inches.
