Marine Blue “Velvet Flats” Ribbon

Oh how pretty!  This beautiful velvet ribbon is 1/2 inch wide and you will receive 5 yards.  We love to use this for punch needle edges, either gather it with your needle and thread to create a whirred look, or use it as a twisted edge.  It can also be hooked into your rug for special texture here and there.
