They're baaaack! I made these a few years ago and thought they needed to come back to OTF. These fun and oh so primitive Sunflowers are made using your rug hook so this is a rug hooking project. You will need a rug hook and frame (or hoop). Instructions include the template for those beautiful petals. (These petals are made with our Large Petal Proddy die). Your kit will include the linen pattern, four beautiful gold wools, the two flour sack centers and batting. You will need to go out for a walk to collect two twigs for your "stem", or long porch spindles would be wonderful as well. The large flower when finished is approx. 11 inches across and the small flower is 8 inches across. Mount them as we have on an old ironing board. An old cupboard door, piece of wood, some sort of old paddle would be fun or even display them in a big old crock. These are just so pretty!
