I've been wanting to do a version of an Antique Horse rug for some time. A few months ago my mother showed me a wooden horse weathervane she had as her template for this horse and I finished it off. It is super primitive. It measures 27 x 43 inches. What a beautiful heirloom to pass down for years!!

Patterns come with a colored cover photo, unless otherwise noted, including a rug recipe card with our recommended woolen amounts and the size of strip we used to hook it. However, you may hook using whatever size strips you would like.
