This bag is very easy to hook and assemble. After hooking, the rug is folded up to make an envelope bag. We are only offering this as a pattern as we want you to use your leftover strips. You will receive instructions for how to assemble your bag and make the flower for the front. The bag is 11 inches wide and 12 inches tall not including the flap that opens to reveal a nice, spacious bag. You will need wool strips to hook the bag, the center of the flower and wool for the flower petals. You will need a liner and bag strap (belt buckles, leather straps, fabric straps are all great options.)
All of our patterns are drawn on monks cloth, paying close attention to the straight of the grain. Linen is available for an extra fee. If you would like your pattern drawn on linen, please select the option above.

Patterns come with a colored cover photo, unless otherwise noted, including a rug recipe card with our recommended woolen amounts and the size of strip we used to hook it. However, you may hook using whatever size strips you would like.
